Job Responsibilities: * Coordinate project execution to ensure satisfactory achievement of physical/financial schedules; * Ensure project execution remains within the approved budget and contractual execution schedule; * Manage service requests and maintenance contracts to meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs); * Maintain company process quality standards and standardization for maintenance services; * Lead teams, providing guidance on all activities related to engineering construction projects and maintenance contracts through personal interactions, work meetings, and formal instructions; * Participate in developing and managing maintenance plans; * Attend periodic meetings and conferences with clients; * Manage and control personnel allocation, materials, and financial resources required for construction projects—including contract cost analysis, project performance indicator management, project development, technical documentation and POP (Standard Operating Procedure) preparation, and delivering internal company training; * Coordinate and execute procurement planning for materials and equipment, ensuring purchases comply with budgeted costs and project specifications through technical and cost analysis and monitoring; * Communicate and follow up on project progress with the team; * Achieve excellence in high-quality delivery to both internal and external customers. * Knowledge of electronic security systems, CCTV systems, access control systems, and fire alarm systems (SDAI). Requirements and Qualifications **Your skills and expertise are welcome here!** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in CAD and MS Project; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Willingness to travel; * Certifications from CCTV, SCA, SDAI manufacturers are a plus; * Valid driver’s license.
