Development and maintenance of visual identity **About the Position** We are seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in creative processes across various formats and media, content creation, and branding. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Creation and development of visual materials for online and offline channels, focusing on brand identity and positioning; \- Creation of advertising campaigns and social media assets; \- Development of point-of-sale graphic materials; \- Development and maintenance of visual identity; \- Design of commercial presentations and institutional assets; \- Editing of images and short videos; \- Creation of landing page layouts; \- Visual performance analysis of assets; \- Collaboration with marketing and content professionals to ensure brand visual consistency; **Requirements** \- Degree in Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields; \- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.); \- Experience or portfolio featuring diverse graphic assets (social media, layout design, internal communications, presentations, campaigns, etc.); \- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly and effectively; \- Proactivity, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; **Required Behavioral Profile:** \- Focused \- Organized \- Hands-on \- Clear / Objective / Fluent communication. **Compensation:** \- Type: CLT + Fixed salary + Benefits \- Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite), from 9 AM to 6 PM \- Location: Brooklin, São Paulo – SP Salary: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance Selection Questions: * Experience with luxury brands? * Salary expectation? * Years of experience as a Graphic Designer?
