It means pushing boundaries, taking responsibility, daring courageously, learning quickly—and always playing as a team toward the same dream. **Your key responsibilities:** * Develop graphic assets for Beside’s content portals (banners, thumbnails, illustrations, infographics, etc.). * Create static assets for digital campaigns (social media, display ads, email marketing). * Collaborate on layout design for landing pages and corporate websites. * Produce corporate branding and internal marketing materials (presentations, internal announcements, newsletters, etc.). * Work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure visual consistency across brands. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new projects. * Adapt and repurpose assets for various digital formats and platforms. **What we’re looking for:** * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Strong attention to detail, refined aesthetic sense, and excellent organizational skills. * Effective communication and ability to collaborate within a team. * Reliability in meeting deadlines and agility in executing tasks. **What will help you stand out:** * Prior experience creating web-based assets (portals, blogs, social media). * Basic knowledge of Figma or other digital design tools. * Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere). * Video editing skills. * Foundational understanding of UX/UI for digital interface development. * Experience in branding and visual identity development. * Knowledge of performance-oriented campaign design. * Intermediate English or Spanish.
