Cleaning Assistant - 2nd Shift We are seeking a **Cleaning Assistant** to perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the company’s internal and external areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and appropriate environment for employees and visitors, in accordance with established hygiene and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Clean and organize internal and external areas; * Sweep, wash, and disinfect floors, walls, furniture, restrooms, and common areas; * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately, following internal guidelines; * Restock hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.); * Organize and maintain cleaning materials and equipment; * Follow the cleaning schedule defined by the department; * Properly use PPE and comply with safety and hygiene regulations; * Support pre- and post-event cleaning for internal events, when required. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary school education; * Prior experience in this role is considered an advantage; * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and materials; * Ability to follow routines and instructions; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule — 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:17 PM. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in professional cleaning (corporations, condominiums, schools, or industrial facilities); * Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Responsibility and commitment; * Discipline in adhering to routines; * Proactivity; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Professional demeanor and care for the workplace environment Salary and Benefits: $2,300.00 + MEAL ALLOWANCE ON SITE, PHYSICAL BASIC FOOD BASKET, TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT (SUBJECT TO EVALUATION), PROFIT-SHARING PROGRAM (PLR), LIFE INSURANCE, NIGHT SHIFT PREMIUM Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
