Opportunity for internal advancement within the commercial area **Location:** São Bernardo do Campo – SP **Work Model:** On-site, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM **Salary:** R$ 2\.000,00 base salary \+ performance-based commission **About the Role** We are looking for an **SDR (Sales Development Representative)** to prospect and qualify commercial opportunities, acting as the first point of contact between the company and potential customers. This professional will play a critical role in the sales team's growth, ensuring a healthy and well-qualified sales pipeline. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct active outbound prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and social media; * Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns; * Identify customer profiles, understand needs, and validate purchase potential; * Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team (closers/sales representatives); * Update and organize information in the CRM; * Monitor performance metrics and KPIs (contacts, meetings, conversions); * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to continuously improve processes. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree is a plus); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented profile; * Comfortable working with technology and systems (CRM); * Must reside in São Bernardo do Campo or the ABC region. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as an SDR, pre\-sales representative, telemarketer, or sales professional; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques; * Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station, or similar). **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary: **R$ 2\.000,00**; * Variable performance-based commission (uncapped, based on targets achieved); * Training and professional development plan; * Opportunity for internal advancement within the commercial area.
