Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise B2C (e-commerce) operations and finished goods warehousing processes, focusing on order picking, verification, and loading—ensuring on-time delivery, compliance with operational SLAs, and high-quality end-customer service. * Coordinate picking, packing, and internal material handling activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, product integrity, and operational efficiency. * Strategically support e-commerce operations by monitoring order volumes, seasonality, and commercial campaigns, ensuring appropriate operational planning and achievement of departmental targets. * Plan and monitor daily logistics routines, considering operational priorities, capacity constraints, and shipping time windows. * Ensure process compliance with operational standards, safety regulations, internal policies, and legal requirements. * Identify and resolve operational deviations, proactively addressing problems and implementing continuous improvement actions. * Lead and develop operational teams, promoting performance management, employee engagement, feedback, and continuous staff development. * Monitor operational KPIs—including productivity, SLA compliance, backlog, inventory accuracy, absenteeism, and service level—and propose actions to enhance performance and efficiency. * Collaborate closely with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure operational alignment, service quality, and adherence to established processes. * Supervise logistics administrative activities, including system controls, operational audits, document management, and requisition of supplies and services for the department. * Ensure data integrity across management systems (WMS, TMS, ERP), guaranteeing data reliability and supporting informed decision-making.
