The magic begins here.** **The Opportunity:** Mágio Chocolates was born from the Amazon rainforest for the world, delivering premium native-origin chocolates with social impact, traceability, and innovation. We are at a strategic moment of strengthening our industrial processes and seek a Quality and Food Safety Coordinator (Temporary – 8 months) to lead the evolution of our standards, ensuring excellence, compliance, and safety across the entire production chain. This role is essential to ensure our products maintain the highest quality level, aligned with the brand positioning and sector regulatory requirements. **Location:** Itaim Bibi – São Paulo/SP (100% on-site) **Employment Type:** CLT – 44 hours per week **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Coordinate quality and food safety routines at the factory; * Ensure compliance with current regulations and legislation; * Manage and review programs (GMP, SOPs, and traceability); * Lead internal audits and related action plans; * Monitor quality indicators, proposing continuous improvements to production processes; * Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Supply to ensure standards and specifications; * Manage non-conformities, deviations, and corrective actions with a focus on prevention; * Promote training and foster a quality culture among operational teams; * Ensure control of technical documentation and mandatory records; * Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related fields; * Prior experience in food quality and safety within the industry (preferably food or beverages); * Experience with GMP, HACCP, and audits (internal and external); * Knowledge of sanitary regulations and regulatory requirements; * Organized, analytical profile with strong sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments; * Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment undergoing structural development. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the chocolate industry; * Experience with certifications (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, or similar); **Why You’ll Love Working With Us:** * Welcoming and collaborative environment with opportunities and support for career development; * Total Pass; * Alice Health Plan (with co-payment) after 3 months; * Transportation Benefit; * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Birthday Day Off; * 30% discount for employees on products at physical stores; * Freedom to propose new ideas and assume significant responsibilities. **About Mágio:** Mágio was born from the desire to transform the simple act of savoring chocolate into a sensory, cultural, and emotional experience.
