About the job Our Facilities team is seeking a Facilities Analyst to work on-site in São Paulo. The main responsibilities will involve managing daily operations and overseeing contracted service providers: * Managing and planning maintenance and upkeep of facilities; * Managing infrastructure and assets (general furniture); * Coordinating effectiveness of services such as air conditioning and water purifiers; * Planning and monitoring layout management and internal renovations; * Supervising dispatch, messenger, and internal mail activities; * Controlling and scheduling pest control processes; * Administering and monitoring Facilities systems: ticket management, maintenance control, and tracking operational teams’ routines; * Ensuring service delivery complies with established SLAs, guaranteeing appropriate working conditions and an excellent experience for employees. About you * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in corporate Facilities management, especially focused on planning and building maintenance management; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with Facilities management systems for ticketing and control; * Availability to work at our São Paulo office located on Avenida Paulista.
