Cutting, washing, sorting, selecting vegetables, meats, grains, onions, garlic, tomatoes; boiling water; selecting food items; draining; cooking; seasoning; and tasting. Ensuring hygiene of the workplace, equipment, and utensils, as well as storing foodstuffs according to established practices.
