Responsibilities and Duties: * Prepare meals according to the nutritionist's guidance, adhering to cooking methods, food quality, storage, and thawing procedures. * Follow technical specifications, ensuring correct portion sizes and dish quality. * Control waste. * Supervise personal hygiene as well as hygiene of facilities and equipment. * Verify organization within the pre-preparation area. * Check PVPS systems for products across all departments and act accordingly. * Maintain environmental hygiene, pre-preparation areas, equipment, and sanitary controls. * Manage kitchen inventory. * Monitor quality of ingredient and utensil inventory. * Ensure proper maintenance and preservation of equipment and materials used. * Inspect refrigerators and cold rooms. * Debone meats, poultry, fish, and crustaceans in the absence of supervision.
