Here, you will have the opportunity to work on high\-impact strategic projects, defining and implementing the telecommunications solutions that power Brazil! **Your Mission**: We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer with proven expertise and strategic vision to lead the design, architecture, and optimization of our metro\-railway communication systems. Your mission will be to serve as the technical reference, ensuring our telecommunications solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with the highest standards of performance and reliability. You will play a pivotal role in defining technology strategies, managing complex projects, and developing our team—driving innovation and excellence. **Key Responsibilities**: * Technical Leadership and Solution Architecture: Lead the design, architecture, and evolution of complex telecommunications systems for metro\-railway environments (networks, fiber optics, radio communication, etc.). * Project Management and Strategic Planning: Plan and manage end\-to\-end telecommunications projects—from conception and specification through implementation and commissioning—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and scope. * Performance Analysis and Optimization: Conduct in\-depth performance, capacity, and security analyses of networks, proposing and implementing continuous optimizations and improvements. * Standards and Best Practices Definition: Develop and implement technical standards, procedures, and best practices for the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications systems. * Interface Management and Integration: Coordinate and manage complex interfaces with other engineering disciplines (signaling, power, control systems), suppliers, and customers, ensuring interoperability and harmonious system integration. * Complex Problem Resolution: Serve as the expert in resolving high\-complexity technical failures and issues, using advanced diagnostic and analytical tools. * Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians, sharing knowledge and promoting the team’s technical growth. * Technical Documentation and Strategic Reporting: Produce high\-level technical documentation, project reports, feasibility analyses, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. **Essential Requirements**: * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields, with active registration at CREA. * Proven Experience: Solid experience in the design, architecture, implementation, and management of complex telecommunications systems, preferably in the metro\-railway sector or critical infrastructure. * In\-Depth Technical Knowledge: Expertise in networks, fiber optics, radio communication systems, and network security. * Design and Architecture Skills: Ability to design and validate scalable and resilient network architectures, with emphasis on high availability and security. * Project Management: Demonstrated experience leading and managing telecommunications projects, with knowledge of methodologies (PMBOK, Agile). * Language: Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for interaction with global teams and technical documentation. * Tools: Proficiency in network design, simulation, monitoring, and project management tools. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas. * Experience with emerging technologies. * Familiarity with national and international railway standards. * Experience in reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) analysis. * Leadership, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders. * Proactive, innovative profile with strong analytical and complex problem\-solving capabilities. **What We Offer**: At Siemens Mobility, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package to support you and your family: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Gympass * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * CLT Employment Contract Location: São Paulo, Brazil Make a difference at Siemens Mobility!
