Key responsibilities Manage technical and human resources across projects, ensuring alignment among teams and delivery within scope, timeline, and expected quality; Monitor project scope, costs, and timelines (schedule) using agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum and Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK); Lead executive alignment sessions and influence stakeholders from commercial, product, and technology areas; Drive the evolution of experimentation platforms (offline and online), from discovery through to continuous large-scale operations; Define technical and architectural guidelines for complex systems, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and focus on scalability, security, and interoperability; Gather customer and user requirements and specifications during architecture definition, acting as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams; Collect functional requirements and project specifications, considering system integration; Develop architectural solution proposals aligned with data, AI, and digital product strategies; Conduct detailed technical analysis of proposed solutions, assessing feasibility, risks, and impacts on existing systems; Prepare technical documentation for requirement specifications and project status reports, utilizing modern documentation and project management tools; Develop schedules and test plans for proposed solutions, including integration, performance, and security testing; Oversee testing (system testing, user acceptance testing, and pre-production), ensuring technical quality and compliance; Support resolution of issues and bugs, serving as the technical reference for incident analysis and resolution; Identify potential problems, impacts on models/prototypes, and interconnections with other existing systems, promoting technical governance and risk mitigation; Monitor KPIs related to project delivery and subsequent operations, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements; Evaluate and decide between internal (build) or market-available (buy) solutions, considering integration with data ecosystems, AI, and digital platforms; Draw inspiration from global benchmarks to ensure speed and quality in solution delivery, enabling dozens of methodologically rigorous experiments per week; Apply automation and artificial intelligence solutions to accelerate processes of specification, development, and technical validation. 2512160202201868428
