Support in financial decision-making We are seeking a **Treasury Analyst** specializing in **cash management and control**, responsible for ensuring visibility and control over the company’s financial liquidity, supporting short-term financial planning, and contributing to the efficiency of treasury operations and relationships with financial institutions. We seek an analytical, organized, and disciplined professional capable of operating in a dynamic environment, interacting across departments, and supporting decisions related to the company’s **liquidity and cash position**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor daily bank account balances and consolidated cash position; * Prepare, update, and track weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts; * Perform bank reconciliations as of D\-1 and support monthly financial closings; * Control and update loan and financing balances; * Serve as the primary contact for relationships with financial institutions, supporting resolution of operational requests, banking negotiations, and updating registration documentation; * Ensure daily control of the company’s financial liquidity; * Support accounts payable processes, contributing to payment scheduling and alignment with cash flow; * Support the department during internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields; * Prior experience in treasury, cash management, or cash flow management; * Knowledge of liquidity control, bank reconciliation, and cash forecasting; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively across departments; * Analytical capability and problem-solving skills, including development of alternatives; * Negotiation and relationship management skills with financial institutions; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Power BI experience is considered a plus; * SAP experience is considered a plus; * Experience in Shared Services Centers (SSCs) is considered a plus. **Behavioral Profile** * Discipline – Consistency and rigor in executing financial routines; * Organization – Structuring and controlling departmental activities; * Punctuality – Commitment to deadlines and deliverables; * Kindness – Courtesy, respect, and consideration in all interactions; * Strong communication skills. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
