Law degree with active OAB registration; Postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law and Civil Procedure; **Senior Experience in Real Estate Law:** lawsuits against construction companies, contract rescissions, possession claims, property rights, judicial auctions, adjudication, mortgage enforcement, construction defects, civil liability, leasing, condominium disputes, and documentary analysis; **Excellent Legal Writing Skills:** drafting complex initial pleadings, defenses, appeals, motions, objections, and legal memoranda; organizing evidence and factual chronologies; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Familiarity with technology, Bitrix CRM, digital processes, and AI tools will be considered a plus. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** A professional demonstrating leadership, firm and mature technical judgment, attention to detail, organization, and proactivity—capable of assuming responsibility for complex cases and focused on solutions. Immediate availability required. **Responsibilities:** Handling real estate litigation—including drafting complex initial pleadings, defenses, counterclaims, appeals (motions, appeals, objections, memoranda), challenges, various submissions, technical opinions, expert examination instructions, and enforcement-of-judgment filings. Defining each case’s strategic direction, identifying risks and opportunities, suggesting evidence, assessing the viability of claims, advising partners on operational decisions, monitoring deadlines, organizing the legal calendar, preparing reports, and maintaining system updates. Conducting intake screening for new cases, reviewing documents, formulating legal strategies, advising active clients, clarifying doubts, requesting documentation, supporting business development, and participating in technical meetings—all with clear and assertive communication to convey confidence and professionalism.
