Promote a quality culture and disseminate QA best practices JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Insper’s technological solutions by planning and executing functional, automated, and integration testing strategies. The Senior QA Tester acts proactively and collaboratively with development teams, contributing to the delivery of robust, secure systems aligned with institutional requirements, thereby supporting operational and academic excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan, document, and execute functional, non-functional, regression, integration, and performance testing strategies to ensure delivery quality. * Develop and maintain automated tests (front\-end, API, and back\-end), integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Github). * Create and monitor quality metrics—such as test coverage, failure rate, and mean time to resolution—to support continuous improvement decisions. * Participate in requirement and technical specification reviews, anticipating quality risks and proposing preventive solutions. * Ensure traceability of tests and reported defects, aligning them with user stories and acceptance criteria. * Validate integrations between internal and external systems (REST, messaging, API Gateway), ensuring compatibility and stability. * Investigate and reproduce defects, collaborating with developers and support analysts. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective), ensuring quality is an integral part of the development lifecycle. * Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks to enhance test efficiency and coverage. * Promote a quality culture and disseminate QA best practices across teams. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Experience with test automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, etc. * Knowledge of REST API and messaging testing. * Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Github (pipelines, repositories, automated tests, and reports). * Experience with version control (GIT) and continuous integration (CI/CD). * Knowledge of BDD/TDD and frameworks such as SpecFlow, Cucumber, or Jest. * Experience with performance and load testing (JMeter, K6, Locust). * Knowledge of security and compliance practices (OWASP, LGPD). * Advanced technical English for reading and writing documentation.
