In your day-to-day work, you will: * Understand the client and the business context they operate in. * Identify project opportunities. * Understand the specifics of assigned projects, including areas of interest, impacts, stakeholders, requirements, timelines, and other factors. * Support problem understanding and proposal preparation. * Occasionally replicate business/client knowledge to the project team. Define, upon request, analyses required for the project. * Prepare deliverables for projects (spreadsheets, presentations, reports, etc.). * Report various issues and risks identified during projects. * Conduct data collection to support analysis. * Develop analyses and insights regarding assigned projects. * Occasionally delegate workstreams to the team. * Support project management activities such as follow-up, status reporting, and tracking open items. * Perform tasks of varying complexity levels to meet client requirements. * Demonstrate autonomy in your workflows, managing details and handling client inquiries effectively. * Proactively seek solutions and methodologies from diverse sources. * Execute work with high quality, minimizing rework and leadership supervision. * Conduct meetings efficiently and with appropriate executive presence. * Meet client deadlines and delivery commitments. *We believe in the power of the talents we nurture. Would you like to join the world’s largest professional services organization?* ***Choose Your Impact***. ### **What Do You Need to Apply?** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Strong knowledge of the Plan to Manufacturing/Maintenance business process and of the Inventory, Costs, Manufacturing/Maintenance modules in Oracle Cloud. * Experience implementing Plan to Manufacturing/Maintenance processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is required, along with knowledge of agile methodology in project implementation, process mapping, user stories, FIT/GAP analysis, system configuration, unit testing, and support for integrated testing with key users. * Knowledge of Crisis Management. * Business Continuity Management knowledge is desirable.
