Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities while reducing carbon emissions and replacing cars. **Could you be the Product Introduction Technician we’re looking for in São Paulo?** Troubleshooting Alstom products on-site to ensure their availability Troubleshooting Alstom products on-site to ensure their availability **Responsibilities / Responsibilities** * Perform troubleshooting during warranty period on-site, as well as pre-warranty and commissioning activities, including investigation and repairs. * Execute fleet check activities. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues on monorail rolling stock systems, including electrical, electronic, and mechanical components. * Implement field modifications and retrofits on rolling stock as required. * Report and record any deviation (failure/event) in the defect management system. * Apply and enforce Alstom and Customer EHS rules and PI process safety standards. * Execute test procedures, correct issues, assess system performance, and perform failure analysis on components before sending for repair. * Support the implementation of field modifications. * Support technical investigations with Engineering and internal/external suppliers. * Recommend preventive and corrective maintenance actions. * Ensure proper communication flow regarding interventions and troubleshooting operations, and support shift handovers. **Qualifications & Experience / Qualifications & Experience** * Technical education in electrical/electronic field. * Intermediate IT knowledge. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a technician in troubleshooting/investigation/testing (mechanical or electrical/electronic). * Product knowledge. * Knowledge and exposure to EHS standards. * Fluent in Portuguese, basic English (preferably intermediate). * Availability for travel (short and long missions), national and international. **You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.** We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll feel proud.
