We conduct structured operations and continuously monitor process improvement, always striving to deliver results with quality, agility, and responsibility. **About the Position:** We are seeking a professional to work in the Accounts Payable area, ensuring financial organization, verification of information, adherence to deadlines, and support for the financial routines of operations. **Responsibilities:** * Perform accounts payable routines, including verification, recording, and payment scheduling; * Create, verify, and validate driver payroll closing and payments; * Perform freight calculations, ensuring accurate determination of amounts; * Verify documents, receipts, and financial information, ensuring data consistency; * Monitor due dates and ensure compliance with financial deadlines; * Support payment reconciliations and resolution of financial discrepancies; * Interface with operational departments to align payment-related information; * Contribute to process organization and continuous improvement of financial routines. **Requirements:** * Experience in accounts payable routines; * Experience in driver payroll closing and payments; * Knowledge of freight calculation; * Experience in the transportation sector; * Advanced Excel skills; * Familiarity with the **XFIN** system is desirable; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields such as **Business Administration**, **Accounting**, or **Finance**; * Must reside with easy access to Osasco \- SP **Skills:** * Attention to detail * Analytical ability * Continuous learning * Organization and deadline adherence
