Desirable: * Experience in finance, foreign exchange, fintech, payments, or crypto sectors. * Knowledge of UX Design and user experience testing. * Familiarity with white-label solutions, remittance platforms, or foreign exchange APIs. * Entrepreneurial profile, with autonomy and strategic business thinking. * Ability to analyze competitors’ platforms (banks, fintechs, brokerage firms). Responsibilities and Duties: * Deliver a stable, functional platform with an excellent user experience. * Increase efficiency and speed in digital foreign exchange operations. * Reduce operational failures through clearer and more technological processes. * Integrate internal departments with a customer-centric vision and results focus. * Ensure continuous product evolution through innovation and scope control. * Contribute directly to business growth and customer base expansion. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with hybrid option (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) Knowledge: Education: Bachelor’s degree – Business Administration/International Trade, Economics, International Commerce, Business Administration with International Trade, Business Administration – currently pursuing Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel – Advanced, Microsoft Office Suite 2511280202191659022
