We are looking for a cook with experience in high gastronomy who is familiar with production processes, food cutting, dish plating, proper food handling, and all kitchen-related procedures. The candidate must have service experience, mise en place skills, and, above all, a strong willingness to learn new things. Casa Mantovani Wine Bar & Cuisine opened less than one month ago and is the family Mantovani’s second establishment; the family has been expanding over the past two and a half years, introducing a fresh concept to the Perdizes neighborhood. Chef João Mantovani, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, is responsible for designing the menu, bringing to this new venue a well-harmonized Mediterranean menu.
