




Job Summary: The Analyst will map and document internal processes, compile performance indicators, manage data integrity, support automation initiatives, and facilitate inter-team communication. Key Highlights: 1. Internal process analysis and continuous improvement, along with business rule refinement. 2. Data management and data hygiene to ensure reliable information. 3. Supporting communication and information flow among teams. **Key Responsibilities:** **Process Analysis and Continuous Improvement:** Map and document internal processes and business rules to identify operational opportunities. **Report Development:** Assist in compiling performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly closing routines (commissioning and targets). **Data Management and Data Hygiene:** Monitor and audit CRM and control spreadsheet entries to ensure data reliability for decision-making. **Automation and Technology Support:** Assist in monitoring and performing basic maintenance of low\-code automations and system integrations. **Cross-Departmental Interface:** Support communication and information flow among Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams, identifying operational bottlenecks. **Sales Operations Support:** Serve as the focal point to understand commercial team challenges related to systems (CRM), processes, and daily tools. **Desirable Qualifications:** Familiarity with or curiosity about low\-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar). Basic understanding of programming logic or SQL. Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar). **CRM tool knowledge (e.g.:** Bitrix24, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
