Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Develop and implement artificial intelligence solutions. * Monitor chatbot performance and availability, ensuring it remains operational and responds appropriately to users. * Perform log and usage metric analyses to identify failures, unexpected behaviors, or opportunities to improve user experience. * Maintain and update chatbot content (intents, entities, dialogues, and responses) according to new business requirements or identified adjustments. * Conduct functional testing after adjustments or deployments to ensure interactions and workflows are correct. * Handle incidents and support tickets, investigating, classifying, and resolving chatbot-related issues. 2511190202461821030
