Job Summary: Instructor responsible for planning and delivering theoretical and socioemotional training to apprentices, applying active learning methodologies and providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with team members to ensure an integrated learning experience. **Responsibilities** \- Plan and deliver theoretical training to apprentices in person. \- Foster a work environment that encourages mutual respect and collaboration. \- Plan and deliver theoretical and socioemotional training to apprentices both in person and online (occasionally). \- Apply active learning methodologies and digital tools. \- Guide and supervise apprentices during activities. \- Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. \- Assist apprentices in problem-solving and overcoming challenges related to work and learning. \- Collaborate with other instructors and workplace supervisors to ensure an integrated learning experience. \- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve job-related skills and knowledge. \- Promote a safe and inclusive work environment, encouraging mutual respect and collaboration. \- Maintain accurate records of apprentices' class participation. **Requirements** \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Experience in apprenticeship programs or social projects. \- Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or other teaching-related fields. \- Residency in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. \- Work schedule: Monday to Friday \- from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM \- Location: Vila Mariana \- near Paraíso metro station. **Benefits** \- Meal and transportation allowance paid via CAJU benefits card, amounting to R$ 1,350.00 per month. \- Birthday day off. \- Total Pass (gym membership benefit). \- Snacks in the office. \- Medical and dental assistance. \- Educational assistance. \- Free parking. \- Annual bonus.
