We are seeking a Financial Assistant to support accounts payable routines, financial control, and document verification—ensuring financial activities are executed with organization, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. The professional will interact with internal departments and suppliers, contributing to the organization and control of financial processes. **Responsibilities and duties** Execute accounts payable routines (recordings, verifications, and scheduling). Perform financial reconciliation and monitor financial movements within the area. Support payment control and payment flow management. Verify invoices, contracts, and purchase orders. Manage and organize financial and supporting documentation. Support financial and accounting closing processes. Ensure adherence to approval authority levels. Interact with internal departments and suppliers regarding financial matters. **Requirements and qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Technology Governance, or related fields. Experience with financial routines (Accounts Payable, reconciliation, cash flow, procurement and payment processes). Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, tables, data management). Familiarity with financial systems/ERP. Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation (preferred). Organizational skills; attention to detail; strong sense of responsibility.
