




Job Summary: Responsible for structuring the Controller function, managing outsourced accounting (BPO), consolidating financial statements, and leading tax assessment in a high-growth environment. Interaction with shareholder funds and external audits. Job Description: You will be the first dedicated Controller professional at ISA. In the short term, you will manage the delivery of outsourced accounting services (BPO) and implement internal processes and controls from scratch. In the medium term, you will build and lead an internal team to progressively internalize group accounting. **Responsibilities and Duties** Job Responsibilities: * Structure the Controller function: accounting policies, internal controls, and monthly closing routines. * Manage and enhance the outsourced accounting BPO, reviewing financial statements, reconciliations, and ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, SPED). * Consolidate group financial statements (dozens of CNPJs), including intercompany eliminations. * Manage accounting and reporting obligations for offshore entities (Cayman Islands and USA), supported by external counsel. * Lead group tax assessment (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ISS) and evaluate the impact of the Tax Reform (IBS/CBS/IS) on operations and business model. * Serve as the focal point for annual external audit and support due diligence in new capital-raising rounds. * Prepare periodic financial reports for shareholder funds and interact with the board on accounting and tax matters. * Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monitor key financial indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** Include demanding skills, certifications, and qualifications for the role: * Degree in Accounting Sciences with active CRC (mandatory). * Minimum of 8 years in controller or audit roles, including at least 3 years in team leadership. * Experience with multi-CNPJ economic groups and high-growth environments. * Strong tax expertise: real profit regime, ancillary obligations, and perspective on Tax Reform. * Familiarity with PE/VC funds as shareholders and Big Four external audits. * Intermediate to advanced English for investor communication and international documentation. * Builder profile: initiative, organization, and ability to operate in environments with minimal pre-existing structure. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Meal Allowance: BRL 255.95/month * Meal Voucher: BRL 30.50/day * Transportation Allowance or on-site parking * SulAmérica Health and Dental Plan * Group Life Insurance * SESC partnership * Daycare allowance for mothers with children up to 6 years old * Wellhub Forget everything you know about healthcare.
