**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 8 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Thursday), 8 AM to 5 PM (Friday) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **?? What You Will Do (Responsibilities)** * Issue invoices (NFs) * Calculate amounts * Control order intake and dispatch * Perform verification and validation of information prior to invoice generation. * Assist in resolving issues related to billing discrepancies. * Maintain organization and filing of billing documents. * Respond to and clarify customer and team inquiries regarding billing processes. * Collaborate on special projects aimed at improving the billing department’s efficiency. * Record and track payment and receipt statuses. **?? How You Will Interact and Make an Impact** * Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align processes and optimize the billing workflow. * Communicate\-with suppliers and customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure service satisfaction. * Contribute to reducing errors and rework, positively impacting the company’s financial results. **Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements** * Completed high school education * Knowledge of **billing** * Strong written and verbal communication skills **?? Technical Competencies** * Solid experience with **ERP** systems and **billing software** * Advanced proficiency in the **Microsoft Office** suite, especially **Excel** * Knowledge of invoice issuance procedures (**NF**) * Ability to analyze and verify fiscal and financial documents **?? Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy * Proactivity in identifying and resolving inconsistencies * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Commitment to deadlines and quality **??
