




Job Summary: This role involves supporting commercial executives, generating reports, analyzing data, managing contracts, and interfacing with various internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus. Responsibilities Support executives in preparing proposals and documents, Generate reports and dashboards – volume of services per health plan, cost vs. revenue, and renegotiation opportunities, Collect data and information regarding claim denials and billing issues, Code items according to the company’s reference table (Labi), Complete contracts as negotiated by the executive and forward them to the Assistant for uploading onto the platform for required signatures, Support pricing and feasibility studies for new contracts, Review existing product and service codes and update codes with health plans, Monitor contracts and request adjustments per contractual terms or commercial guidelines, Track contract renewal and expiration deadlines, Serve as the liaison between health plans and various Labi departments, Assist Assistants in supporting employees regarding onboarding processes for new clients, Serve as the liaison with Marketing (voucher creation, website), Prospect new clients, Coordinate training alignment for new clients with relevant Labi departments, **Location:** Berrini Region – Near Berrini Train Station **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
