If you are passionate about the creator economy, possess strategic vision, and have experience in digital campaigns, this could be the ideal opportunity. The Influencer Manager will be responsible for leading curation and management of partnerships with creators, ensuring alignment with client objectives, excellence in execution, and performance measurement. ### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Lead influencer curation and recommendation processes, considering brand fit, audience relevance, and performance potential * Coordinate campaign execution with agencies, influencers, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with budgets, briefs, brand safety, and deadlines * Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure strategic consistency * Collect and validate organic performance data directly from creators, supporting analysis and reporting ### **Requirements** * Proven experience in influencer marketing or influencer agencies * Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, platforms, and performance metrics * Organized, collaborative profile with ability to manage multiple stakeholders * Fluent English * Availability for frequent travel to Porto Alegre, especially during curation periods At VML, we are committed to fostering a fully inclusive workplace that is rewarding and career-advancing.
