Job Summary: This role is for an Assistant Operations/Pest Control Technician/Driver who will be trained in pest control activities, working alongside experienced technicians. Key Highlights: 1. Executes external services for urban pest control Operations Assistant/Pest Control Technician/Driver Elementary Education Valid driver's license, preferably category AB or B (familiarity with Greater São Paulo area) No experience required — company provides training The initial assignment is in operational activities within the company, aimed at training the employee to perform pest control tasks. This is a trainee position involving ongoing learning, training, and assessments to qualify the individual for the role, always performed under supervision of an experienced technician, such as senior assistants or management staff. Performs external services involving urban pest control procedures (insect control, rodent control, and monitoring), environmental disinfection, and cleaning of water reservoirs. Uses domestic-sanitary products registered by the Ministry of Health and supervised by health surveillance authorities, applying operational techniques including spraying, atomization, thermal fogging, UBV, and injection in service delivery. Assists in equipment preparation and maintenance, as well as general internal departmental operations support.
