Strategic involvement with a prominent construction company A solid and prominent construction company specializing in structural assembly is hiring a **Logistics, Inventory, and Construction Site Accommodation Supervisor / Construction Administration**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Responsible for coordinating inventory and logistics of materials, tools, and equipment across construction sites—supplying all projects nationwide, as detailed below: * **Equipment, Tools, and Materials Inventory and Logistics:** inventory management and distribution to projects; transportation, loading, and unloading operations for equipment; delivery and movement of materials and equipment between sites. * **Transportation and Support Services:** contracting suppliers for transportation and logistics services, taxi services, and internal drivers. * **Administration of service and material contracts**, equipment budgeting, and logistics-related transportation costs, equipment, and mobilization expenses. * **Maintenance Control / Monitoring** of vehicles and site equipment. * **Accommodations and Operational Support:** contracting and monitoring. * **Fiscal, Documental, and Systems Control:** issuance of invoices, goods and services entries and exits in ERP system. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience managing Inventory / Warehouse, Logistics, and Construction Administration departments, as described above. * Knowledge and application of legislation and regulations related to logistics/transportation of equipment and materials. * Experience in the civil construction sector. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to read XML files. * Familiarity with ERP systems (CIGAM, Sienge, Mega, or others) **Employment Conditions:** * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) contract * On-site work in the West Zone — near the Yellow Line metro station * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM * Salary will be discussed during the interview Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
