




Job Summary: Responsible for providing operational support to the Branch, monitoring vehicles and drivers, controlling documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Coordination of loading, unloading, pickups, and deliveries Responsible for providing operational support to the Branch where assigned, monitoring vehicles and drivers during transportation releases, controlling relevant documentation, and verifying compliance with company-defined safety standards and regulations. \- Register drivers and vehicles (third-party) in the ERP system;\- Issue CTRC, CTe, Manifest, Freight Letter;\- Conduct Risk Management Company inquiries;\- Record delivery confirmations in the ERP system;\- Generate general reports; \- Manage files, documents, and spreadsheets; \- Communicate with customers and freight forwarders; \- Schedule, monitor, and release loading, unloading, pickup, and delivery operations; \- Assist employees and customers; \- Prepare and complete control spreadsheets;\- Receive transportation schedules from customers and inform vehicle availability;\- Consolidate shipments by customer and delivery;\- Assist in fleet monitoring, driver shift scheduling, and working hours;\- Inform drivers of customer delivery schedules and routing;\- Monitor drivers by phone during transit and provide guidance or take action regarding issues encountered, such as truck breakdowns or non-receipt of materials;\- Contact customers in case of non-receipt or return of cargo;\- Track trucks via GPS tracking systems to keep customers informed about delivery deadlines, reporting delays, damages, etc., to meet scheduling requirements;\- Receive Loading and Unloading Orders;\- Sequence operations on warehouse platforms;\- Analyze and verify whether documentation matches the goods;\- Take photographic records of goods unloaded and loaded at the warehouse;\- Complete Loading and Unloading Checklists;\- Identify, segregate, and report damaged goods arrivals to the department supervisor;\- Monitor repair/reconditioning of paper rolls;\- Count, label, and store all unloaded goods in appropriate locations;\- Responsible for organizing and orderly, identified distribution of goods within the storage facility Payment: R$2\.007,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
