If you enjoy technology, solving problems, and want to take your first steps in the infrastructure field, this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Support maintenance of equipment such as computers, printers, and network devices. * Assist in organizing and managing the inventory of IT equipment and assets. * Provide support for infrastructure routines, including network configuration, cabling, and connectivity testing. * Assist in basic monitoring of servers and IT services. * Support installation and configuration of operating systems and software. * Log support requests and track technical tickets. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technical program in IT, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields. * Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS). * Fundamental knowledge of hardware, computer assembly, and maintenance. * Eagerness to learn, organizational skills, and good communication.
