Job Opportunity \| Fleet Coordinator – RS SERVIÇOS (Ferista) RS SERVIÇOS is looking for a strategic, organized, and strongly leadership-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team! If you have experience in vehicle management, maintenance control, KPIs, and team management, this opportunity may be for you. About the position: The professional will be responsible for coordinating the entire fleet operation, ensuring vehicle availability, cost control, deadline compliance, and adherence to safety regulations and current legislation. We seek an analytical professional with strategic vision, results orientation, and decision-making skills. Main responsibilities: * Manage the company's light and/or heavy vehicle fleet; * Control preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring operational availability; * Monitor vehicle documentation (licensing, insurance, traffic fines, IPVA); * Track performance indicators, costs, fuel consumption, and productivity; * Negotiate with suppliers, repair shops, and service providers; * Coordinate the driver team and/or administrative fleet team; * Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and internal policies; * Implement improvements in fleet control and management processes. Requirements: * Proven experience in fleet management; * Knowledge of automotive maintenance and cost control; * Experience managing teams; * Proficiency in Excel and fleet management systems; * Driver's license category B (or higher); * Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with vehicle tracking and telematics; * Background in service, logistics, or facilities companies; * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs).
