




Job Summary: The Billing Assistant will be responsible for issuing and recording invoices and freight bills (CTEs), ensuring legal compliance, as well as performing logistics control, product and customer registration, and commercial support. Commercial department support and customer service Company located in Alto da Mooca – East Zone, São Paulo Monday to Friday – On-site The Billing Assistant will be responsible for issuing and recording invoices and freight bills (CTEs), ensuring compliance with current legislation. Purchasing of raw materials, logistics control and tracking. Additionally, the role includes registering and updating products and customers in the system to ensure data accuracy. The position also involves organizing and archiving fiscal documents, preparing management reports, and monitoring goods release for dispatch—whether via freight carriers or Correios (Brazilian Post). Prior experience and knowledge in the industrial sector are required for this position. Candidates must be familiar with the billing process, including correct application of tax rates and invoice issuance. Furthermore, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively are essential. Proficiency in computer applications—particularly spreadsheets and digital documents—is desirable for efficient task execution. Commercial department support; customer service; email management; telephone calls; and correspondence handling.
