Your primary responsibility will be to track routes in real time, identifying, analyzing, and resolving any irregularities promptly and effectively using our software. Prior experience in cargo monitoring is not required but would be an advantage. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal skills; \- Familiarity with tracking technologies \- Ominilink, Autotrac, Sascar, and similar systems; * Driver support; * Placement of cargo trackers; * Vehicle checklists. The position is under the CLT employment regime and is intended to cover the operations team’s vacation periods; therefore, there is no fixed schedule or shift—it varies according to operational needs.
