Job Summary: A Young Apprentice participates in a training program designed to develop practical skills and knowledge in a real-world work environment, with a focus on HR and Personnel Department administrative tasks. Support in Personnel Department routines The Young Apprentice is an early-career professional who participates in a training program aimed at developing practical skills and knowledge in a real-world work environment. This position offers learning opportunities across various departments of the company, providing hands-on experience while the apprentice completes formal education. **Required Education**: Currently enrolled in or completed high school. **Experience (Preferred):** None **Responsibilities**: * Conduct onboarding of new employees * Collect signatures on employment contracts and admission documents * Distribute uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) * Support Personnel Department routines * Assist with timekeeping control and processing * Organize and distribute employee ID badges * Monitor and support benefits administration * Clarify employee questions regarding internal processes * Organize departmental documents and files * Provide administrative support to HR and Personnel Department **Salary**: R$761.55 **Meal Allowance:** R$35.45 per workday, with a 16.65% payroll deduction. **Other Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (bus), Gympass, Pharmacy Benefit Program, MediQuo, and Life Insurance. **Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (negotiable) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday — 4 days at the company, 1 day at CIEE for vocational training courses. **Work Location**: Res. Morada dos Lagos, Barueri \- SP (First entrance on the right after Graal Barueri gas station.)
