We are seeking an **HR Assistant** to work at an industry located in **Boituva/SP.** **Salary Range:** BRL 2,500.00 \~ BRL 3,000.00 \+ Food Allowance BRL 380.00 \+ Telemedicine \+ University Partnerships \+ Totalpass Work schedule: 5x2, business hours **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or related fields Knowledge of labor legislation and Microsoft Office Suite Relevant prior experience in HR required **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee integration processes; Manage and verify admission and contractual documents; Assist with electronic timekeeping control, adjustments, and monthly closing; Support payroll processing, vacation management, leaves of absence, and benefits administration; Assist employees with HR-related inquiries; Support the organization and management of physical and digital files; Assist in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interview scheduling); Support occupational health examinations, training programs, and PPE management; Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
