The **SPDM – São Paulo Association for the Development of Medicine** is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8.911, dated 07/30/1970. The Institution operates at federal, state, and municipal levels, in alignment with national health and education policies, and also functions as a qualified social organization in several states, managing health services and organizations through agreements and management contracts. The Association’s primary guiding principle is its integration into the health system, focused on treatment, disease prevention, and promotion of primary, secondary, and tertiary healthcare—strengthening ties with the local community and reaffirming its social commitment to serve everyone without discrimination. With institutional growth, SPDM has been expanding its scope of operations through projects currently under development in the fields of Social Assistance and Education. This broad range of activities increasingly consolidates SPDM as a large-scale philanthropic institution pursuing economic, social, and environmental sustainability. Its four superintendencies—Hospital São Paulo, Affiliated Institutions, **Integrated Health Care Program (PAIS)**, and Education—are managed by highly skilled professionals with outstanding technical expertise and knowledge. Thus, SPDM contributes effectively to the continuous improvement of services provided by Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS), primarily aiming to guarantee universality and equitable access to healthcare—essential for citizens’ human and social development. To this end, it combines cutting-edge technology with high-quality medical care delivered by multidisciplinary teams composed of nurses, physical therapists, pharmacists, nutritionists, speech-language pathologists, clinical biochemists, psychologists, technologists, social workers, dentists, and others. The **Integrated Health Care Program** began operations in 2001 in the municipality of São Paulo and has since expanded to other municipalities and states. Since its inception, **PAIS** has pursued, in partnership with public administration, the expansion and consolidation of health services offered to SUS users. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request budgets and quotations relevant to the object to be contracted; * Conduct negotiations with service providers; * Draft and analyze contracts, amendments, and terminations; * Compile contract process files; * Support supplier registration in the Qualifor Portal according to pre-established procedures; * Perform updates in the contract management system; * Maintain contractual spreadsheets; * Monitor and manage each contract within one’s portfolio; * Prepare monthly reports on current contracts with partner municipalities/states; * Carry out other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Six months’ experience in the role. * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Administration, or related fields; * Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in the field of activity; * **Additional Information** * Work location: Near the center of São Paulo * Working hours: Monday to Friday, business hours * 100% in-person work. * Professionals from partner companies, suppliers, and/or service providers—including those with familial or personal ties working in the same service or under alternative contractual arrangements (e.g., direct contracts with the provider)—must comply with current HR regulations, consulting the Recruitment and Selection Department for guidance. To this end, it periodically publishes job announcements targeting these professionals in major São Paulo newspapers and in newspapers of the municipalities where its units are located. **Mission** To promote integrated health actions in partnership with public administration, ethically and humanely benefiting the population, delivering technically sound services with social and environmental responsibility. **Vision** To be a benchmark in health service management across all levels of care, ensuring high-quality care for the populations of partner municipalities and states. **Values** * Professionalism * Quality * Social Responsibility * Teamwork * Ethics
