If you are a motivated, results-oriented individual accustomed to teamwork, join us and be passionate about our business! **Key responsibilities of the role:** * Conduct occupational gymnastics activities adapted to different employee profiles, considering physical limitations and specific needs. * Plan and deliver dynamic and varied exercises to foster continuous employee engagement and participation. * Act ethically, responsibly, and respectfully to ensure a healthy and welcoming corporate environment. * Evaluate the effectiveness of occupational gymnastics programs through monitoring of indicators and outcomes. * Monitor metrics such as reduction in musculoskeletal complaints, absenteeism rates, and impacts on productivity. * Demonstrate strong organizational skills and excellent time management to deliver brief, focused, and effective sessions integrated into clients’ work routines. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Physical Education (Teacher Training or Bachelor’s), with active registration at CREF. * Mandatory qualification for lawful practice of the profession, per Law No. 9\.696\/98\. * Specialization courses, training, or experience in Occupational Gymnastics will be considered advantageous. * Knowledge of ergonomics, health promotion, and quality of life in the corporate environment will be valued. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, empathy, and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
