We seek professionals with at least 1 year of experience in technical support, service desk, or infrastructure roles who have already been exposed to Microsoft 365 and wish to build a career within the Microsoft ecosystem. Essential Knowledge **Microsoft 365 (basic level)** User and group administration Microsoft Teams Outlook and Exchange Online (user and basic administration) OneDrive and SharePoint Online (basic) Windows 10 and Windows 11 Remote user support Basic networking concepts (DNS, IP, VPN) **Desirable (but not mandatory) knowledge** Microsoft Entra ID Microsoft Intune Power Platform PowerShell Experience in MSP or Service Desk Defender Copilot / Copilot Studio **Certifications of interest** MS\-900 AZ\-900 SC\-900 Other certifications (MD\-102, SC\-300, and MS\-102) may be considered as differentiators but must not be required for this position level.
