We seek organized, communicative, and committed professionals who wish to work in a dynamic environment focused on monitoring building systems, electrical equipment, power systems, and HVAC systems. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring site electrical installations and equipment, power systems, and air-conditioning systems; * Monitoring systems via remote monitoring equipment; * Ensuring proper operation of installations, adhering to maintenance and prevention standards and procedures; * Performing routine monitoring of installations and equipment, identifying intervention needs; * Identifying and reporting potential failures in equipment and installations, acting preventively and/or corrective; * Supporting the Maintenance Leader by providing information, observations, and possible solutions; * Completing system checklists; * Assisting in fulfilling contractual obligations and ensuring service quality delivered to the client. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 2 years of experience as a BMS Operator; * Technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Refrigeration (currently enrolled) is desirable; * Experience monitoring building installations, electrical equipment, power systems, and/or air-conditioning systems; * Experience with remote monitoring systems; * Knowledge of building maintenance routines will be considered an advantage.
