In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Corporate segment clients’ operations, ensuring demand tracking, adherence to agreed SLAs, and delivery quality for internal clients, insurers, and service teams. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting Corporate segment clients’ operations, handling demands through a customized, high-complexity operational pipeline; * Managing operational requests, ensuring compliance with differentiated SLAs established for strategic clients; * Issuing insurance-related orders and verifying associated documentation; * Conducting continuous follow-up with insurers to ensure deadline adherence and delivery quality; * Maintaining constant interface with Account Management teams for alignment and demand tracking; * Taking ownership of issuing and monitoring Corporate clients’ orders; * Monitoring operational pending items and proactively following up with insurers and other involved stakeholders; * Supporting resolution of operational issues, ensuring agility and service excellence for clients; * Controlling processes and maintaining updated records in internal systems. **What we’re looking for:** * Completed bachelor’s degree; * 2–3 years of experience in Large Risks insurance (P\&C – Property \& Casualty); * Experience in corporate insurance operational processes; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Ability to operate effectively in high-volume, multi-stakeholder environments; * Proactive, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile; * Strong ability to track and follow up on demands with insurers; * Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external clients; **What will set you apart:** * Experience in Corporate client operations and Large Risks programs; * Analytical mindset with strong sense of priority and process tracking; * Ability to work autonomously and with urgency; * Experience managing insurer relationships and operational pending items; * Collaborative attitude, customer focus, and attention to detail. **Why join our team:** * We help you become your best self through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders. * We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can collaborate with talented colleagues to create new solutions and make an impact for colleagues, clients, and communities. * Our global scale enables us to offer diverse career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
