Description

Operate the Effluent Treatment Station (ETS); Perform operation and maintenance checklists; Conduct laboratory operational analyses and process corrections based on obtained data; Support inventory management and control of raw material dosages; Monitor key performance indicators, record operational data, and implement visual management; Carry out minor repairs and cleaning of pumps, equipment, and pipelines; Enter and monitor operational data in spreadsheets; Monitor station parameters, equipment, and processes; Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness; Understand and comply with environmental aspects and impacts relevant to the area; Observe and adhere to internal safety regulations and the company's code of conduct. **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Operating physical/chemical/biological effluent treatment stations; \- Supporting inventory management, raw material dosage control, indicator monitoring, operational recordkeeping, and visual management; \- Performing laboratory operational analyses and process corrections based on obtained data; \- Performing minor repairs and cleaning of pumps, equipment, and pipelines; \- Prioritizing workplace organization and maintenance; \- Keeping the work environment clean and organized; \- Understanding significant environmental aspects and impacts of your respective area; \- Observing and complying with internal safety regulations; \- Observing and complying with rules and regulations outlined in the company's code of conduct. **Requirements:** \- Residency in Guarapuava/PR or nearby areas; \- Completed high school education; \- Relevant work experience; \- Technical degree in Chemistry or related environmental fields (preferred); \- Knowledge of chemical analyses; \- Knowledge of sludge microbiology; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (preferred); \- Strong communication skills; \- Proactivity; \- Teamwork; \- Sense of responsibility; \- Good interpersonal relationships. \- Meal Allowance: BRL 252.50/month; \- On-site meals; \- Optional dental plan (with payroll deduction); \- Transportation allowance: BRL 29.16/day (no payroll deduction); \- Clude Health Assistance: Consult a doctor anytime, anywhere!
