We want to learn your story and see if your profile aligns with ours! **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervises the team, monitors sales routines, defines work schedules and shifts, organizes the store, and verifies merchandise inbound and outbound logistics—all aimed at ensuring compliance with company policies. Identifies training program needs and participates in planning promotion and advertising strategies. Conducts point-of-sale information gathering and analyzes sales staff behavior, Advises the store manager, identifies operational issues, and implements corrective actions; Supervises point-of-sale training needs, ensures compliance with company policies, verifies merchandise inbound/outbound logistics and inventory levels as well as fiscal invoices, Oversees outsourced services, maps risk areas, advises employees and customers, verifies employee entry/exit logs, supervises cleaning operations, prepares reports, and checks control mechanisms. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree preferred in Administration, Management Processes, Communications, or related fields.
