Job Summary: A professional responsible for loading, unloading, preparing construction sites, maintaining equipment, and performing excavations. Key Highlights: 1. Perform equipment maintenance and excavations * **Load and unload construction materials**: Transporting and distributing sand, cement, blocks, bricks, tools, and other supplies required for the work. * **Prepare construction sites**: Soil cleaning and compaction, preparation of work areas, and organization of the work environment. * **Equipment maintenance**: Cleaning and inspection of machines and tools for operational conditions, as well as repair of any mechanical defects. * **Excavations and mixing preparation**: Performing excavations and preparing concrete mixtures and other materials.
