Condominium Caretaker

Description

**Job Objective** Ensure the preservation, operation, organization, and safety of common areas in residential condominiums, overseeing operational services, building maintenance, and supporting administrative and operational routines of the condominium. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor cleaning, preservation, and maintenance of common areas. * Coordinate and guide doorman, cleaning, and maintenance teams. * Monitor third-party service providers and construction work within the condominium. * Conduct periodic inspections of building facilities. * Identify needs for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor operation of pumps, elevators, gates, lighting, and other equipment. * Control inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies. * Record incidents and report to the syndic or management company. * Assist in enforcing the internal regulations and condominium rules. * Support emergency situations and provide basic assistance to residents. * Supervise garbage collection, organization of technical areas, and proper use of common areas. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Prior experience in residential condominiums. * Basic knowledge of: * Building maintenance; * Basic electrical and plumbing systems; * Team management; * Customer service. * Desired certifications: * NR-10; * NR-35; * Fire brigade training; * Building maintenance. **Desired Competencies** * Leadership * Organization * Responsibility * Effective communication * Professional demeanor * Proactivity * Problem-solving ability Salary: R$2.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
