Support in other stages of the production process and teamwork **Join the TR Team!** **BUTTON ATTACHER OPERATOR** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Operate button attaching machine for attaching buttons and making buttonholes ✂️ * Adjust and calibrate the machine according to fabric type and garment model * Ensure high-quality finishing of garments * Follow technical specifications and production standards * Identify and correct potential process defects * Maintain workstation organization * Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning * Achieve production targets with quality and efficiency * Support other stages of the production process as needed ### **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education * Prior experience operating button attaching machines * Knowledge of various fabric types * Attention to detail and quality finishing * Agility and organization * Ability to work effectively in a team ### **Compensation and Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance * Food basket * Discount on brand products * Corporate benefits (partnerships and agreements) ### **Work Format** * 100% On-site ### **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
