




Job Description: If you enjoy conducting analyses and have experience managing and handling E&O, D&O, RCG, and Cyber claims, this position is for you! Responsibilities and Duties * Receiving, registering, analyzing, and managing deadlines, regulations, and reserves; * Drafting and reviewing Regulation Reports and Letters of Understanding; * Provisioning and payment of indemnities; * Serving clients, service providers, and internal departments via in-person, telephone, and email channels; * Participating in internal and external claims committees; * Providing supporting documentation to Legal, Underwriting, and Customer Service teams; Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor of Laws degree; * Minimum three years’ experience in Financial Lines and Cyber claims; * Basic knowledge of reinsurance and co-insurance contracts; Familiarity with the New Insurance Law; * Behavioral Competencies: * Attention to detail; * Customer focus; * Ability to conduct legal and contractual analysis; * Strategic prioritization skills; * Organization; * Agility; * Assertive communication with diverse stakeholders (brokers, policyholders, insured parties, law firms, reinsurers, and peers); * Proactivity; * Critical thinking ability; * Focus on both internal and external customers; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Genuine interest in continuous improvement. 2512130202201917201
