We offer comprehensive services for vehicle protection, ensuring peace of mind and security for our customers. **JOB MISSION** Loma is growing and needs an experienced, proactive, and committed **Automotive Claims Analyst**, dedicated to excellence in technical service and rigorous claims process analysis. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct **technical claims analysis** (collision, total loss, flooding, among others); * Handle **claims investigation and adjustment**, ensuring proper coverage classification; * Validate **documents and technical reports** submitted by members or authorized repair shops; * Evaluate estimates, invoices, photos, and reports to **verify legitimacy and compliance with the vehicle protection policy**; * Negotiate and authorize **repairs or indemnifications**, within established parameters and deadlines; * Implement **fraud prevention**, including cross-referencing information and flagging inconsistencies; * Maintain direct contact with members, providing **consultative, technical, and empathetic support**; * Update and manage internal systems (CRM, claims platform, management spreadsheets); * Monitor processes involving repair shops, inspectors, and experts; * Support management with **analytical reports** on KPIs and incidents. **Technical and Behavioral Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Proven experience as an **automotive claims analyst** (minimum 2 years); * Technical knowledge of **automotive mechanics, bodywork, painting, and structural components**; * Proficiency in the **claims adjustment and settlement process**, preferably within vehicle protection or insurance sectors; * Familiarity with **claims documentation** (police reports, vehicle registration documents, driver’s licenses, estimates, invoices, reports, photos); * Strong **negotiation skills and sound technical and commercial judgment**; * Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience with management systems (CRM, ERPs, or specialized claims platforms). **Desirable:** * Technical or higher education in fields such as Administration, Law, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or related disciplines; * Experience in insurance companies, cooperatives, or vehicle protection associations; * Basic knowledge of traffic legislation and Civil Code provisions applicable to claims; * Experience in **anti-fraud analysis** is a strong advantage. **Expected Behavioral Profile** * High degree of **responsibility and confidentiality**; * Proactivity and **problem-solving under pressure**; * Ability to **empathize with customers while maintaining a technical business perspective**; * Organization, attention to detail, and focus on deadlines; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **What We Offer** **Work Location: Jundiaí – SP | On-site only** **Employment Type: Independent Contractor (PJ)** **Compensation: Market-competitive fixed fee + Cost-of-living allowance + Performance-based bonus.** A collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional development and internal growth; We seek someone who **understands cars—and also understands people.** If you have claims experience and wish to join a team that values quality, commitment, and care for its members, **JOIN US!** Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
