Operating nationwide, Afonso França ranks among the 13 largest construction companies in Brazil, according to the Brazilian Engineering Ranking. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify the existence and validity of documentation related to ASO, PGR, and PCMSO, as well as mandatory complementary medical examinations, PPE and engineering control (EPC) records; assume responsibility for Occupational Safety Programs (PGR, PCMSO, PCMAT, and LTCAT); * Request, review, and validate professional qualification certificates in accordance with legal requirements; prepare a weekly safety incident report for the Safety Coordination team; * Develop/prepare preventive and educational Daily Safety Talks (DDS), aligned with project progress and site-specific needs, delivering them at the start of each work shift—except under exceptional circumstances; * Conduct onboarding for direct or indirect MO personnel regarding workplace safety regulations; verify technical documentation (including procedure development, Risk Analyses [PR], and Task Analyses [PT]); * Deliver training on safety standards and procedures; * Familiarity with NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras) and applicable legislation is desirable. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety * Experience working with companies in the Civil Construction sector. **Additional Information** The **Afonso França Group** was established to meet the market’s demand for specialized companies operating across diverse business areas.
